Most motion furniture starts as a sofa and has a mechanism pushed into it. LuxComfort works the other way around. The recline arc, the motor placement, the run of the wiring and the acoustics of the frame are settled before a single panel of leather is cut.
That order of operations is why our consoles sit flush, why the cup holder light doesn't bleed across the room, and why the audio doesn't rattle at volume. It is slower. It is also the only way to get technology to disappear.
Every piece is assembled to order against the configuration you specify — colour, material, seat count, hand of chaise. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be discounted.
